Church History
It was on the 15th of July 1979 at a revival conducted by Prophet T. O. Obadare of the World Soul-Winning Evangelistic
Ministry [WOSEM] -that a prophecy came out.
A woman who prophesied for more than 2 hours during the revival program spoke God's message to the prophet and said that
God wanted him to take the gospel to his citizens abroad who have neglected to follow Christ.
Based on this prophetic instruction, Prophet Dr. T. O. Obadare brought the Gospel to United States and Europe starting
in 1981. He founded Christ Apostolic Church of America, Inc. a/k/a Christ Apostolic Church W.O.S.E.M. (C.A.C. WOSEM).
Although there have been series of persecutions, the prophet had endured by the grace of God. The work has expanded to
many states in the USA, Canada and Europe.
There are presently about twenty six (26) churches throughout the U.S. and Canada This is all about the eagerness of God
towards His creations.
General Overseer, Reverend Paul Obadare
Reverend (Dr) Paul Obadare is the General Overseer of Christ Apostolic Church WOSEM of USA, Canada and Europe. He is a
dynamic, humble and seasoned minister of the gospel. Under his leadership, the ministry has been transformed to a more spirit
filled ministry with unusual growth in all areas of the ministry. He is presently doing some new work in Europe according
to Romans 15:20-22. We are so happy to have a leader like Pastor Paul in a time like this.

APOSTLE T.O. OBADARE
By the leading of the Holy Spirit on October 1928, the late Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola founded Christ Apostolic Church
in Ilesha, a town in Osun State, Nigeria. Since that time, the spirit of Pentecostalism and Evangelism has never been the
same in Nigeria till today. Nigeria remains the International headquarters of Christ Apostolic Church.
Following the footsteps of late Apostle Joseph A. Babalola, Christ Apostolic Church of America, Inc. was planted in 1981
by Apostle (Dr) T.O. Obadare, the Executive Director of the World Soul-Winning Evangelistic Ministry, who had a burning desire
for souls of Nigerians and other nationals abroad.
Baba (as he is fondly called by all) has an unfailing passion for evangelism. He is an Apostle of the gospel who had traveled
all around the world to preach the gospel with signs and wonders following. The Lord has empowered him so much that miracles
and wonders are performed through him He is committed to the great commission of Matthew 28:18-20 and his life in ministry
can best be describe with 1 Corinthians 9:16-23. Baba is a father, mentor, leader and a rare sample of a true Christian leader
in todays world.
Our church is blessed to have this great man of God as our Founding father and president. Please be a part of this miracle-filled

Pastor Sam Adeagbo
Pastor Sam Adeagbo is the General Secretary of the organization. He is also the District Superintendent of the California
District and the Senior Pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church WOSEM in Los Angeles, California. Pastor Adeagbo, is a singer,
teacher, and preacher of the Word. He carries the fire-power prayer anointing that scares the devil away.
Reverend Anthony Aladekoba
He is a prophet, a teacher of the word with deep spiritual revelations, a dynamic preacher, a revivalist, an evangelist,
and a pastor. he is currently the District Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church (WOSEM) Churches in Maryland, Virginia,
and the District of Columbia.
Pastor Abraham Obadare
Pastor Abraham Obadare is the district superintendent of all the C.A.C. WOSEM churches in the states of NY, NJ, PA, CT,
RI of United States of America and Canada. Graduating from Hunter College of the City University of New York, he holds a Bachelor’s
Degree in Economics. He later obtained his Master’s Degree in Christian Education at New York Theological Seminary,
NY.
Pastor Abraham serves as an adjunct Instructor at Nyack College, teaching Biblical Interpretation, Ethics, Managing Cultural
Diversity, Faith and Worldviews etc. He has been serving as a Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church WOSEM for many years. This
dynamic man of God is also a television evangelist, a newspaper columnist, and a radio preacher.
